Shipping Policy

Estimated delivery windows are included below. Please note that they are subject to change, especially during high-volume time frames, and expedited orders do not deliver on weekends. For the most up-to-date delivery information, please track your shipment using the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation.

Applies to in-stock items only. Delivery of out-of-stock items is subject to availability, and we will keep you informed via email.

Holidays

Orders are processed and shipped Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States. If your order is placed after the shipping cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day. Our distribution centers are closed on the following U.S. holidays and orders will not be processed on these days:

Shipping Information

A signature may be required upon delivery for Overnight and 2nd Day shipments. Expedited orders that contain products regulated for transport require extra handling and may be shipped the following business day.

All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.

Shipping Address

At this time, Maison Luisant Online is unable to ship to more than one address within a single order. Please place a separate order for each designated shipping address and make sure to verify that the address details are accurate to avoid any errors or delays in shipping.

Electronic Delivery

Maison Luisant Online eGift Cards are delivered via email. The sender's name and email address are included for the recipient.

Forwarding

Maison Luisant Online is not responsible for any damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods delivered to a forwarding company. If you choose to ship product(s) to a forwarding company, we recommend requesting the forwarder refuse any packages that arrive damaged.

Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories

Most items may be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Territories, but some restrictions apply. Maison Luisant Online currently ships to the following U.S. Territories:

America Samoa
Guam
Northern Mariana Islands
Puerto Rico
U.S. Virgin Islands

Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 14 business days. Orders shipped to U.S. Territories are delivered within 14–21 business days of the order's ship date. Overnight and 2nd Day Priority shipping methods are not available for certain locations in Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Territories.

We regret we are unable to ship to Palau.

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO Addresses

Most items may be shipped to P.O. Boxes and Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses, but some restrictions apply. Maison Luisant Online currently ships to the following APO/FPO/DPO locations:

AA – Armed Forces America
AE – Armed Forces Europe
AP – Armed Forces Pacific

Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes are delivered within 6–14 business days with Standard Shipping. APO/FPO/DPO addresses are delivered within 14–21 business days of the order's ship date. Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses cannot be shipped by Overnight or 2nd Day Shipping methods.
